Membership Cancellation Request

To cancel your membership please complete the following form and click 'Submit Cancellation Request'.

• Membership cancellation is not possible until your contract period is over.
• You are required to give 30 days’ notice of cancellation for 1 month and 12 month contracts.
• Please do not cancel your direct debit until the final payment has been made or this may incur additional charges.

Freezing your membership is better than cancelling. Freezing your account is free of charge.
