Steve Devine

Steve is a health and fitness professional who specialises in helping men and women over forty hit their fitness goals. Whether the job involves corporate wellness presentations, hosting fitness competitions, or promoting celebrity fitness events Steve conveys his excitement for getting those around him involved in some form of fitness activity. Having a little more life experience than your typical personal trainer Steve is well aware that not everyone is prepared to eat chicken and broccoli out of a Tupperware tub on a daily basis. So he meets his clients where they’re at and helps them instigate the necessary changes to their lifestyle one step at a time. 

Qualifications from British Weightlifting, Crossfit Gymnastics and currently studying BSc in Psychology mean that Steve is equipped to assist you in almost any fitness project you can think of.

Hi, I'm Tim and for over a decade, I have helped men & women improve their physical fitness, health & mental health without sacrificing life or favourite foods.
